North Dakota Horse Park

  • Created an overall marketing strategy that led to two straight seasons of double-digit growth in on-track handle, attendance and overall revenue while battling the deepest recession in 30 years.
  • Targeted and created excellent response from coveted 18-35 year-old demographic through strategic media placement, unique product positioning and re-branding of horse racing image.
  • Developed new business relationships that created a 1500% increase in on-track corporate group sales, sponsorships and advertising at the track.

  • Re-positioned and re-branded former Thoroughbred breeding farm as a premier off-track Thoroughbred (OTTB) training farm in US.  Resulting in an immediate 50% increase in overall sales per quarter.
  • Designed web and social media marketing program that saw a 1500% increase in website traffic and a ramp up to 4,000 Facebook page likes in just 8 weeks on the market.
  • Created collateral marketing avenues including book publication, calendar sales and apparel.
